No, you do not need a referral. Florida allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can schedule an evaluation without a physician’s note. We will coordinate with your medical team and make additional specialist referrals if needed.

Your first visit includes an in-depth conversation about your symptoms, goals, and medical history. With your consent, we perform a gentle, focused assessment of your pelvic floor and movement. You leave with a clear, personalized treatment plan and simple strategies to start feeling better.

Internal work may be part of treatment for some conditions, but it is never required. We always explain what we're doing and get your consent before any internal assessment or treatment. Many patients receive effective treatment without internal work.
